Design and Surfacing Standards

- Surfacing: All parking and driveway areas must be constructed of permanent non-erodible materials, such as asphalt, poured concrete, masonry/concrete pavers, or a minimum of 4 inches of crushed stone (which must be delineated with anchored landscape edging) [Sec. 7.1.9].
- Maneuvering: Parking must be arranged so that no vehicle is forced to back out onto a public street. All on-site parking must allow vehicles to enter and exit in a forward motion [Sec. 7.1.6.A, Sec. 8.3.5.A.3].
