The I-P: Industrial Park District in the City of Orlando is designed to accommodate business service uses and light industrial activities while maintaining high standards for design, intensity, and open space. - Institutional and Public: Child and adult day care (all sizes); hospitals and clinics; and local assembly public benefit uses [Figure 2].
- Accessory Services: Micro-breweries, micro-wineries, craft distilleries, and brewpubs are allowed as accessory service uses (up to 50% of floor area) via a Zoning Official determination [Section 58.913].
Conditional Uses (C)
- Public and Utility: Intensive public benefit uses; communication towers (CA); whole blood facilities; and vertiports [Figure 2].
- Facilities: Principal use parking and personal storage facilities [Figure 2].
- Retail: Intensive retailing [Figure 2].
- Community: Neighborhood, community, and regional assembly public benefit uses [Figure 2].
Prohibited Uses (Blank)
- Residential: Single-family homes, duplexes, tandems, townhomes, multi-family units, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) [Figure 2].
- Congregate Living: Group housing, residential care facilities, and intensive or transient care facilities [Figure 2].
- Industrial: Heavy manufacturing and processing [Figure 2].
- Other: Agriculture; golf courses; recreational vehicle parks; and neighborhood convenience stores [Figure 2].
