In the R-2-N: Two-family Residential District within the City of Long Beach, all required off-street parking must be provided within an enclosed garage [Section 21.41.213]. Residential Parking Ratios for the R-2-N District
The City of Long Beach establishes specific parking ratios for residential developments in the R-2-N district based on the size and bedroom count of the dwelling units. For units located within the Coastal Zone of the City of Long Beach, higher ratios may apply to one-bedroom units.
