Prohibited Categories

General Parking Requirements

Parking requirements for the Dallas MF-2(A) district vary depending on the number of units in a development [Section 51A-4.301(a)]:

  • 0 to 20 Units: No parking required.
  • 21 to 199 Units: 0.5 spaces per dwelling unit.
