Zoning Regulations for Food Vendor Group Sites in Concord
Food vendor group sites are allowed in specific zoning districts within the City of Concord subject to an administrative permit or minor use permit. These sites must be located on private or public property, must not be within the public right-of-way, and are prohibited within 100 feet of schools, parks, full-service or drive-through restaurants, and bars/nightclubs.

Operational and Locational Standards
All food vendor group sites must adhere to the following standards established by the City of Concord:
- Proximity Restrictions: Food vendor group sites shall not be located on the same parcel as, or within 100 feet of, any school, public park, full-service/limited-service/drive-through restaurant, or bars/nightclubs [Section 18.200.210(D)(1)].
- Site Limitation: No more than one food vendor group site shall be allowed on any single parcel [Section 18.200.210(D)(2)].
- Restroom Access: Food vendor group sites must be located within 200 feet of an available, functioning restroom facility accessible to vendors, their employees, and customers [Section 18.200.210(D)(3)].
- Hours of Operation: Activities at a food vendor group site shall not be conducted before 7:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m., and all vendor units must be cleared from the site by 10:00 p.m. [Section 18.200.210(D)(4)].
- Customer Queuing: Customer queues at a food vendor group site must maintain a minimum five-foot unobstructed clear path along any public sidewalk or right-of-way [Section 18.200.210(D)(5)(c)].

Site Maintenance and Security
