Development Standards for the Parks and Recreation (PR) District
Subdivisions, new uses and structures, and alterations to existing uses and structures within the Parks and Recreation (PR) District must be designed, constructed, and established in compliance with all applicable requirements of the Concord Development Code [Section 18.60.030]. If a permit does not regulate a specific development standard, and that standard is regulated by an abutting district, the regulations of the abutting district shall apply to each adjacent portion of the property.
