Development Standards for the PQP District

Subdivisions, new uses, and structures, as well as alterations to existing uses and structures, must comply with the requirements specified in Chapter 18.55. If a development standard is not regulated by the PQP district but is regulated by an abutting district, the regulations of the abutting district shall apply to each adjacent portion of the property [Section 18.55.030].
