Minimum Lot Size and Dimensions in the West Concord Mixed-Use (WMX) District
The West Concord Mixed-Use (WMX) district requires a minimum lot area of 25,000 square feet for development. Additionally, the WMX district mandates a minimum lot width of 100 feet and a minimum lot depth of 100 feet.
Lot Size and Dimension Standards
In the West Concord Mixed-Use (WMX) district, all subdivisions, new uses, and structures must comply with the development standards specified in Table 18.45.030. The following table summarizes the minimum lot requirements for the WMX district:
