Land Use and Development Standards in the West Concord Mixed-Use (WMX) District
The West Concord Mixed-Use (WMX) District is intended to accommodate a mix of schools, commercial, office, retail, multi-tenant commercial, and institutional development, with a maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 4.0. Residential uses are explicitly prohibited in the WMX District, and all development must comply with the design and performance standards established in the Concord Development Code.

Additional Requirements
