General Development Rules
- Fences and Walls: Fences and walls located along a front property line or within a required front setback in the RS-6 District shall not exceed three feet in height [Section 18.150.040]. On properties where residential uses are allowed, fences and walls generally shall not exceed a maximum height of six feet [Section 18.150.040].
- Parking: Single-family residential homes in the RS-6 District must provide two parking spaces, at least one of which must be covered, and none may be located within the required front yard setback, except as provided in the code [Section 18.160.040].
- Open Space: Residential developments with three or more dwelling units must provide at least 200 square feet of private and/or common open space per dwelling unit [Section 18.150.100].
