Development Standards for the Industrial Business Park (IBP) District
All subdivisions, new uses, and structures, as well as alterations to existing uses and structures within the Concord Industrial Business Park (IBP) district, must be designed, constructed, and established in compliance with the following requirements:

- Setback and Height Transitions: Buildings in the Industrial Business Park (IBP) district exceeding 30 feet in height must comply with specific transitional requirements when abutting a residential district [Section 18.150.180].
- Transitional Setbacks: For buildings 30 feet or less in height, interior side and rear setbacks must equal the setbacks required in the abutting residential district [Section 18.150.180]. For buildings exceeding 30 feet, the minimum setback is 20 feet, plus one additional foot for every foot of building height over 30 feet, up to a maximum setback of 40 feet [Section 18.150.180].
- Performance Standards: Uses within the Industrial Business Park (IBP) district must comply with performance standards regarding electrical disturbance, fire and explosive hazards, ground vibration, noise, and lighting [Section 18.150.130].
