Development Standards for the CRP-GF District

Development within the Concord CRP-GF district is subject to specific height and setback limitations to ensure compatibility with adjacent residential uses.

  • Maintenance: Property owners are responsible for maintaining and improving the land in compliance with the general development standards and must provide ongoing landscape maintenance.
