The Commercial Cannabis Overlay District in the city of Concord allows for specific commercial cannabis uses, including manufacturing, testing laboratories, microbusiness, non-storefront retail, and distribution (Type 11 and Type 13), provided they comply with underlying base zoning and Chapter 5.80 of the Concord Municipal Code. Permitted Uses and Licensing

The Commercial Cannabis Overlay District allows for the following land uses, subject to the regulations of the underlying base zoning district and the licensing requirements set forth in Chapter 5.80 of the Concord Municipal Code:
